 Community Care for Kids (CCK) is the Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agency for towns on the South Shore. We are a program of Quincy Community Action Programs and a member of the Massachusetts Child Care Resource & Referral Network.

For Families:

  • Information and Referrals to community services

  • Financial assistance to pay for child care for eligible families
  • Entry onto statewide wait list for subsidized child care
  • Voucher Provider List
  • Options for child care solutions

 

Child Care Providers:

  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Resource library
  • Support providers in professional developments, such as, counseling, mentoring, etc.
  • Referrals
  • Technical assistance and consultation services for accreditation

 

Quincy/Braintree Family Network:

(QBFN is funded by the Mass. Department of Early Education and Care through the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Grant. All activities and events are free of charge for all families.)

Community Care for Kids and Quincy/Braintree Family Network are operated by Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. (QCAP). QCAP assists families and individuals to improve the quality of their lives by minimizing the effects of poverty, promoting self-sufficiency and advocating for social change. A private, non-profit organization established in 1965, the agency provides a wide range of services in the areas of:
